The Black Sticks

As a prelude to the Commonwealth Games Hockey tournament, i thought we would take a look at the Black Sticks women's and men's teams.
The women Black Sticks won the gold medal in 2018 at the Gold Coast so know about taking out a global tournament gold!
However with the men Black Sticks you have to go back to the 1976 Olympics before you see a gold at a global tournament. Hoever them won the silver last time around in 2018.
You can be sure that with the New Zealand determination and tenacity they can cause a major upset.
